Potassium Protein Pancakes PLUS

Happy Thursday, friend! This post is piggybacking off my Potassium Protein Pancake recipe but this time, I added peanut butter and chocolate chips on top – kinda like a Reese cup right? 😉 Still part pancake, and still part banana bread, they are still packed with healthy, muscle building ingredients and make a delicious post-workout meal/breakfast.
