20 Donkey Kicks
15 Booty Blasts [Narrow Feet]

15 Single Leg Booty Boosts [15 with right leg lifted + 15 with left leg lifted]

TONE IT DOWN — Rest 60 seconds after both rounds of each circuit. 

Tonight, I did laundry + packed for my trip to Indianapolis this weekend. For dinner, I had leftovers + cooked all of the vegetables that will go bad. I read Chapter 8 of my ACE Certification textbook, + reviewed all of my notes from previous chapters. Now, I am laying in bed + telling God thank you for this beautiful Wednesday.
