Week 5, Day 1 — Liberated Lift

Happy Monday!! This weekend, I was in Indianapolis visiting my Aunt, Uncle, + cousins — we went to the Steeler game yesterday [uhhh talk about a close one – thanks for the panic attacks, Steelers. Stop doing that to your fans please + thank you ūüėČ Clean it up on Thursday, will ya?] It was not by any means a pretty performance but the military was very well represented at this game [an real life Eagle flew across the field during the National Anthem], our seats were awesome, + we came away with the win. Here are a few pictures from the game:

Our seats were in 124 — all of the positive activity for the Steelers in the second half occurred in this End Zone – right in front of us, so awesome!!

Somehow it is the FINAL week of the CHAARG Fit Plan¬†— HOW?! A little personal update on my fit plan progress — this is my third fit plan + for the first time ever, I am still on track to complete every workout including today’s Liberated Lift + all of the Bonus Burns. After today, I surpassed my 100 bolt goal plateau + will keep going until Friday ūüôā¬†[101/100 ‚ö°ÔłŹ]

TURN IT UP: Complete 15 reps [instead of 12!] + complete each 30 Sec hold 3X [instead of 2X]! 

TONE IT DOWN: Complete 10 reps [instead of 12!] 

I am who I am ūüôā

Today‚Äôs challenge is to finish the sentence, ‚ÄúI am‚Ķ‚ÄĚ + the best way to answer this? — I am who I am. There are a number of words that could be used to finish that sentence‚Ķ I am a daughter, a sister, a friend, a listener, a runner, a nutritionist, a future nurse‚Ķ I mean, the list goes on + on. As we get older, people will continue to come + go, but one thing will remain the same — I am who I am + nothing or no one can change that. Do not change who you are for anything or anyone, ever ūüôā
